Project Overview
Due to the negative impact of COVID-19 on the delivery of face-to-face training, the College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) decided to shift to offer its training programs online. This involved the development of an eLearning platform (CHRM eCampus) that would enable the college to offer its training courses online, monitor learning activities and provide the necessary learning support for the learners.
As an eLearning developer/consultant, I provided the necessary expertise in developing the online academy. This involved:
- Designing, configuriguring, customizing and implementing a responsive enterprise-level Learning Management System for the college.
- Integrating custom reporting features on the LMS
- Providing consultancy services on the implementation of the online academy.
- Installation and customization of appropriate plugins for enhancing learning activities.
