Project Overview
The AG Group International was developing its Global Learning Hub (GLH) in June 2020. The Global Learning Hub is a virtual/online academy providing self-paced learning modules and certification to individuals in academic, vocational, and corporate organizations.
As an associate eLearning developer/consultant I was tasked with:
- Setting up and customizing a Virtual Learning Environment (based on Moodle) for supporting the organization’s digital learning initiatives.
- Training of trainers and Subject Matter Experts on eLearning concept development.
- Storyboard and authoring tool training (Articulate 360) for the newly assembled content development team.
- Developing of eLearning course templates using Articulate 360.
- Coaching during the development of self-paced eLearning modules.
- Pilot implementation of the LMS
- Standardisation of content and introduction of quality assurance measures
